Our Policies &
Cancellation fee schedule
Cancellation fees are 17% minimum and up to 100% of the rental total. The longer a reservation is in place, and the closer the cancellation request is to the reservation date and times, the higher the cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the reservation pick-up time are a 100% cancellation fee. Management can, at their discretion, on a case-by-case basis, reduce or even eliminate cancellation fees when client postpones instead of canceling their reservation.
The company is not responsible for lost items or consequential damages. Smoking in the vehicles, bringing Jell-O shots aboard, and/or vomiting is strictly prohibited and can result in fines & clean-up fees of $250 & up.
